Aloha, I’m Andre.

I like taking a complicated problem and making it easier to understand. My background is in Air Force logistics and the everyday work of a Hawaiʻi family business. HIIQ brings those experiences together: listen carefully, find where the work gets tangled, and build a system people can actually use.

I care about how a story is told as much as how a system works. You should understand what changes, why it helps, and who owns the next step. That’s the relationship I want to build with you.

Learned where the handoff matters.

I served in U.S. Air Force air transportation and logistics, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant. Moving people and cargo taught me to look beyond an individual task: who needs the information next, what could go wrong, and how will they know?

Grounded in the family business.

My family’s small-business life in Hawaiʻi is part of my own story. Working across finance, IT, and purchasing showed me how much an owner carries between the official jobs. Those everyday details are where I start listening.

Built around people.

With HIIQ, I bring that practical experience to websites, software, and automation. I want the work to be clear, the explanation to make sense, and the important decisions to stay with a person. A useful system should make the next step easier to see.
